Estimated total cost of the project: 19 368 870 PLN
Amount of co-financing from Norway Grants and EEA Funds from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway and national funds: PLN 13 390 700

Subject of the project:
1. Renovation of the roofs of the four wings and towers of the castle
2. Conservation works of the façade, three turrets and the tower
3. Continuation of conservation works of the walls and vaults of the first floor of the cloisters of the castle
4. Modernization of internal sanitary installations
5. Modernization of electrical and lightning protection installations
6. Adaptation of the basement of the north wing for exhibition purposes
7. Reconstruction and modernization of external water-sewage networks. and drainage of the bulwarke along with archaeological and architectural research
8. Exhibition about the construction history of the residences of the Warmian bishops
9. Digitization of monuments and creation of a virtual space of the castle
10. Securing movable monuments evacuated from the castle for the duration of the works
11. Conservation of movable monuments
12. Purchase of equipment for educational purposes
13. Illumination
14. Information provision and promotion measures for the project
15. Cooperation with a Norwegian partner.
